The WSE Management Board has admitted over 1.7 million RESBUD SE shares for trading on the stock exchange

On February 8, 2022, by Resolution No. 114/2022, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. admitted 1 741 000 shares of RESBUD SE for stock exchange trading. Securities registered by The Central Securities Depository of Poland under the code „EE3100142985” will be introduced into trading on the parallel market on February 10 this year. RESBUD SE is a modern, dynamically developing European holding company operating in the construction, energy and civil engineering markets, as well as in production, logistics and supplies of materials for the construction and energy sectors. The company’s shares have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007.
