Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of RESBUD SE
On April 23, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders („EGM”) of RESBUD SE appointed Mr. Adam Zaremba, with immediate effect, to the Supervisory Board of the Company for a five-year term of office. He is a valued, international expert in the field of financial markets, investments, portfolio management and asset valuation in a global context. At the same time, the EGM recalled Mr. Andrei Prakopczyk from this function.
Adam Zaremba holds a PhD and habilitation in the field of economic sciences and specializes in the field of finance. He is an associate professor at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, and also a lecturer at Montpellier Business School (France). Previously, a professor at the University of Dubai (UAE), as well as a participant of research visits and internships to many renowned centers, such as McMaster University (Canada), University of Pretoria (South Africa) and Monash University (Australia).
His interests include financial markets, investments and asset valuation in a global context. His achievements include nearly 100 scientific publications in renowned international scientific journals and several monographs published by recognized publishers such as Palgrave Macmillan. He has been awarded numerous times for his scientific activity.
Beside his valued academic activity, Adam Zaremba has extensive practical experience in financial markets. For several years he was a manager, economist and strategic advisor in a number of Polish investment fund companies such as Saturn TFI S.A., Idea TFI S.A. or Superfund TFI S.A. He holds the CFA, FRM, PRM and CAIA titles, as well as the Investment Advisor license.
