Changes in the composition of RESBUD SE Management Board

On 14 April 2020 the RESBUD SE Supervisory Board dismissed Bartosz Stradomski from the post of a Management Board member with an immediate effect. As a result, since 14 April 2020 RESBUD SE Management Board has had only one member – Jarosław Gerard Podolski, a manager with many years of experience.

Jarosław Gerard Podolski have managed large companies for years, mainly in the area of construction and real property. In 2017-2018, as a member of the Supervisory Board, he was temporarily transferred to discharge the duties of REGNON S.A. Management Board member, while in 2015-2017 he was a Chairman of the Board in Interbud Budownictwo S.A., and in 2014-2016 a Chairman of the Board in IB – Nieruchomości Sp. z o. o. In the recent years he also sat in supervisory bodies of companies like: REGNON S.A. (2017-2018, a member of the Supervisory Board temporarily transferred to discharge the duties of a Management Board member) or Interbud – Construction S.A. (2015-2016, a member of the Supervisory Board).

In the past Jarosław Gerard Podolski worked also at Wyższa Szkoła Mazowiecka (Masovian University) in Warsaw (2008-2014, the Chancellor) and Jerzy Giedrojć Wyższa Szkoła Komunikowania i Mediów Społecznych (School of Communication and Social Media) in Warsaw (2009-2014, the President).

Jarosław Gerard Podolski graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin with an MA in political science and Wyższa Szkoła Menedżerska (School of Management) in Legnica with an MA in law. He completed a training program for members of supervisory boards in state-owned companies (certified) and postgraduate Master of Business Administration course delivered based on the curriculum of Erasmus University of Rotterdam (the Netherlands) and Durham University (United Kingdom).
