Conclusion of an annex to a significant agreement by a subsidiary of the issuer Conpol Sp. z o. o.

legal basis – art. 17 MAR

The Management Board of Resub SE with its registered office in Tallin informs, that on 2 November 2021 it
received information from the subsidiary Conpol Sp. z o. o. about the conclusion of an annex to the contract for the
supply of concrete with PORR S. A. The value of the ordered concrete is approximately 8,000,000 PLN, which is
about 1,730,665 Euro. The concrete will be produced by Conpol Sp. z o. o. from materials entrusted by the other
party of the agreement. The original agreement regarding the supply of concrete with PORR S. A. was concluded
on 13 January 2020 – even before the acquisition of all shares in Conpol Sp. z o. o. by Resbud SE. The other
terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the usual terms contained in such contracts.

The estimated value of the concluded agreement given by the issuer in EURO was determined on the basis of the
EURO/PLN rate, published by the European Central Bank on 2 November 2021.
