Current report no. 24/2022: Correction of the numbering of Current Report no. 23 /2022 dated December 29, 2022.

The Management Board of RESBUD SPÓŁKA EUROPEJSKA with its registered seat in Modlniczka (the „Company”) informs that as a result of an obvious editorial mistake, an incorrect number was assigned to current report no. 23/2022 dated December 29, 2022 concerning the registration in the National Court Register of the transfer of the Company’s seat from the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Poland. The above current report should be numbered 24/2022. The content of the current report remains unchanged. As a consequence of the above correction, the next current report will be numbered 25/2022.
