The Management Board of RESBUD SE, with registered seat in Tallinn, informs that today it received information from the subsidiary Energokomplyekt OOO about conclusion on 1 October 2021 with the bank „MOSKOWSKIJ INDUSTRIALNYJ BANK” AO with its seat in Moscow of a surety agreement for a bank guarantee for the benefit of the beneficiary of the guarantee, the construction company Uralskaya Energeticheskaya Strayityelna Kompanyia AO (hereinafter referred to as UESK) based in Yekaterinburg. The surety is up to the amount of the surety 700,000,000 rubles (in words: seven hundred million), which is approximately 8.260.000 EURO. The contract is concluded on a commercial basis in exchange for the obligation taken by the beneficiary of the UESK regarding the purchase of building materials from Energokomplyekt OOO. The surety was granted for a period of three years and may be terminated earlier, inter alia, it the event of performance of the contract by the main debtor. The other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the usual terms of this type of contract.

The estimated value of concluded agreements given by the issuer in EURO was determined on the basis of the RUB/EURO indicator, published by the European Central Bank on 4 October 2021.
