Current report no. 2/2023: Schedule for publication of periodic reports in 2023

Legal basis: Art. 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of Resbud SE seated in Modlniczka (the „Company”) announces the schedule for publication of periodic reports in 2023. Periodic reports will be made public on the following dates:

– Consolidated annual report for 2022. – April 28, 2023.

– Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023. – on May 30, 2023.

– Consolidated report for the first half of 2023. – on October 2, 2023.

– Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023. – on November 29, 2023.

The Company’s Management Board informs that in accordance with §62 (1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the „Regulation”), the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain quarterly financial information and semi-annual condensed financial statements, respectively, together with the report of the auditing firm.

At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that in accordance with §79.2 of the Ordinance, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2022 and the second quarter of 2023.
