Energokomplekt OOO, a company belonging to the RESBUD SE holding, implements comprehensive delivery of main process equipment and construction materials for the reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant complex in the city of Kiniel, Samara Oblast, Russia. The project also plans to modernize facilities located in two neighboring towns. The client for the reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant is the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Municipal District Administration, and the general contractor is "Uralskaja energeticzeskaja stroitelnaja kompanija" ("UESK"). Pursuant to the contract signed in August this year, worth approximately EUR 63,7 million, Energokomplekt OOO is the main supplier of installation materials for investments carried out by this company in 2021-2022.
Currently, the company is shipping, among others: rolled metal and other materials necessary for the construction of new and reconstruction of existing buildings at the sewage treatment plant in Kiniel. Energokomplekt OOO has already provided the general contractor with over 60% of the planned amount of materials, including over 900 tons of rolled sheet metal. Deliveries are carried out strictly according to the approved plan, developed on the basis of the construction schedule. By the end of the year, the Company will also deliver, among others: disc filters for thorough mechanical cleaning, ultraviolet disinfection devices, aeration systems, filter press for sludge dewatering, radial sludge scrapers and sludge pumps for removing sludge from the bottom.
At the same time, Energokomplekt OOO assembles and delivers the main technological equipment for UESK for the construction of a treatment plant with a capacity of 30 m0003 per day – in the city of Lytkarino, Moscow Oblast. By the end of this year, the Company will deliver decanters for thickening and dewatering sludge generated at various stages of sewage treatment, as well as equipment for the construction of grates for mechanical sewage treatment. The client of the work is the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Urban Infrastructure Development. The implementation of this project began in mid-October 2021.
Orders for the construction of new, as well as modernization and reconstruction of existing sewage treatment plants, constitute a new direction of cooperation between Energokomplekt OOO, as a comprehensive supplier of equipment and materials, and UESK, as the general contractor. Currently, the cost of equipment and materials supplied by a company belonging to RESBUD SE, under existing contracts, exceeds RUB 1 billion, i.e. over EUR 12 million[1]. Most contracts in this area are implemented as part of the national "Ecology" project and the federal "Reconstruction of the Volga" program. The main goal of these investments is to reduce the level of environmental pollution and improve the quality of drinking water. Pursuant to the contract signed in August this year, worth approximately EUR 63,7 million, Energokomplekt OOO is the main supplier of installation materials for all investments carried out by UESK in 2021-2022.

From February 4 this year RESBUD SE holds 100% of shares in Energokomplekt OOO (87,8% directly and 12,2% indirectly). Energokomplekt OOO generated revenues of EUR 2020 million in 52,2, generating EUR 1,7 million in profit.
