Energokomplekt OOO, a subsidiary of RESBUD SE, signed a contract for the comprehensive supply of energy equipment and installation materials worth over EUR 63 million

Energokomplekt OOO, a company belonging to the RESBUD SE holding listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has signed a significant contract with the company "Uralskaja energeticzeskaja stroitelnaja kompanija" (eng. Ural Power Engineering Construction Company AO). The subject of the concluded contract, worth RUB 5,5 billion, which is approximately EUR 63,7 million, is the supply of energy equipment and installation materials for these devices for investments carried out by the contractor in 2021-2022. This means that Energokomplekt OOO will be the main supplier of "Uralskaja energeticzeskaja stroitelnaja kompanija" during this period. At the same time, it is one of the largest contracts that Energokomplekt OOO has obtained in recent years.

The company "Uralskaja energeticzeskaja stroitelnaja kompanija" ("UESK") is the largest private enterprise in Russia, building high-voltage power lines together with energy substations. The company has modern equipment and machines that are used to build numerous investments in the territory of the Russian Federation - from the Pacific Ocean to the Central Federal District.

Under the contract signed with UESK, Energokomplekt OOO will provide energy equipment and installation materials for these devices for investments carried out by the contractor in 2021-2022. The contract obtained is one of the largest in the company's history and amounts to RUB 5,5 billion, which is approximately EUR 63,7 million. Currently, Energokomplekt OOO supplies equipment, materials and devices for UESK for the construction of the largest hydrological investment in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur (construction of embankments protecting against flooding on the Amur River).

– The development process of our Group is in line with our assumptions that we adopted at the beginning of 2021. This is best seen in the example of Energokomplekt OOO, which obtains more and more prestigious contracts with each quarter, becoming a key foundation of the RESBUD SE holding. One of our long-term goals is to become a comprehensive supplier and a significant contractor in construction contracts in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe - says Krzysztof Długosz, President of the Management Board of RESBUD SE.

This is another contract signed by Energokomplekt OOO this year. Previously, the company concluded three contracts for the supply of equipment for investments carried out by the company "PT-Инжиниринг" AO (translated into English - PT- Engineering AO). The total value of these contracts is approximately EUR 3. The company will also execute three contracts with "Komelektnyje projekt w elekthi i energetike" OOO: two covering the supply of thermo-mechanical equipment, with a total value of approximately EUR 803, and a contract for the supply of sewage equipment for investments carried out by this contractor, with a total value approximately EUR 056,52.

Energokomplekt OOO is a contractor in energy and construction contracts and a trading company based in Yekaterinburg, which is a comprehensive operator of the supply of equipment, materials, construction chemicals and specialized equipment for large energy, hydrotechnical and infrastructure investments. Its clients are the largest construction companies in Russia and several countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The company also operates on several foreign markets - from Poland and Estonia to the Far East.

From February 4 this year RESBUD SE holds 100% of shares in Energokomplekt OOO (87,8% directly and 12,2% indirectly). Energokomplekt OOO generated revenues of PLN 2019 million in 185, generating almost PLN 11 million in profit.
