Current report no. 23/2022: Registration of the Company's registered office in the Republic of Poland

The Management Board of RESBUD SE (the "Issuer"), with reference to the information provided in Current Reports no. 10/2011 dated July 5, 2022 and no. 14/2022 dated September 13, 2022, announces that on December 29, 2022, the District Court for Krakow -Śródmieście in Krakow, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register, registered RESBUD SE with its current registered office in Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314, Estonia (Arriregister register no. 14617750).

The transfer of the Company's registered office and the seat of the Company's Management from Tallinn, Republic of Estonia, to the territory of the Republic of Poland to Modlniczka was made on the basis of Article 8 (1) and (6) of Council Regulation ( EC) No. 2157/2001 of October 8, 2001 on the Statute of the European Company (SE).

As a result of the transfer of the registered office to the territory of the Republic of Poland, the name under which the Company's business is conducted did not change. The Issuer's current details are: RESBUD SE with its registered office in Modlniczka at Zielna 20 Street, 32-085 Modlniczka; NIP: 5130282962.

The procedure of transferring the registered office to Poland did not result in any changes in the listing of the Company's shares on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
