Article 19 section 3 of the MAR Regulation
The Management Board of RESBUD SE ("Issuer", "Company") informs that on July 27, 2023, it received a notification about transactions in the Issuer's shares referred to in Art. 19 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/ 124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Journal of Laws EU. L. of 2014, No. 173, p. 1, as amended, "MAR Regulation"), from DKW Polska OÜ as a person closely related to the person performing managerial duties in the Company (President of the Management Board, Krzysztof Długosz).
