Current report no. 4/2022: Change of the date of publication of the annual report for 2021.

The management board of Resbud SE, seated in Tallinn informs that the date of the publication of the
consolidated annual report for 2021 year has been changed. At the same time, the management board shall sets
the new date of publication 2021 consolidated annual report for 2 May 2022.

Thus, the original planned date for the publication of the periodic report indicated by the Management Board in the
current report number 1/2022 of 19 January 2022 is amended.

The Management Board indicates that the reason for postponing the publication of the annual consolidated
report for 2021 is the situation related to the war in Ukraine. The company has a subsidiary in the Russian
Federation, which makes it necessary to take additional steps related to the assessment of the information
provided by this company. In addition, the entity responsible for the audit of the consolidated financial statements,
i.e. KPMG, withdrew from the provision of services in the Russian Federation. In this state of affairs, the report
submitted on May 2, 2022 will not be audited. According to the arrangements made by the Management Board of
Resbud SE, the audit of the annual consolidated report for 2021 will be performed by KPMG at a later date, due to
the conclusion of the service contract even before the withdrawal of KPMG from the Russian Federation
