Current Report No. 3/2023: Information on change of Parent State

Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of RESBUD SE (the "Company", the "Issuer"), in execution of the obligation contained in Article 55a(4) of the Act on Public Offering and the Rules Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, informs that it has selected the Republic of Poland as the Home State in place of the Republic of Estonia.

The change occurred in connection with the transfer of the Issuer's headquarters from Tallinn (Republic of Estonia) to Modlniczka Republic of Poland. The Company was registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow Srodmiescie in Krakow XII Economic Department of the National Court Register on December 29, 2022, the Issuer announced in Current Report No. 24/2022.
