Current report no. 23/2022: Change of the entity acting as a market maker for the Issuer's shares

The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code: 14617750) with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia (the "Issuer") informs that in view of the termination of the agreement by the previous market maker of the shares, Dom Maklerski BOŚ SA, it will provide services to the Issuer only until the end of the notice period, i.e. November 30, 2022.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that on November 28, 2022, it entered into an agreement with NWAI Dom Maklerski SA to act as market maker for the stock market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA Under the terms of the agreement, NWAI Dom Maklerski SA will begin acting as a market maker for the Issuer's shares as of December 1, 2022.
