The Management Board of Resbud SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that today it received information from the subsidiary company Energompliekt OOO about the conclusion today with the ROSBANK PAO bank with its registered office in Moscow of a surety agreement for a bank guarantee of good performance in favor of the beneficiary of the guarantee, the construction company Uralskaja Energeticzeskaja Stroitielna Kompania AO (hereinafter referred to as UESK) based in Yekaterinburg. The guarantee guarantee is up to the guarantee amount of 500.000.000 rubles (in words: five hundred million).
The performance guarantee covers the contract for the construction of a pulp and paper factory and the modernization of boilers. The agreement is concluded on commercial terms in exchange for the commitment made by the beneficiary of the UESK guarantee of January 15, 2021 to exclusively purchase construction materials from Energokomliekt OOO for the above-mentioned construction in an amount not less than 1.500.000.000 rubles (in words: one billion five hundred million ). The remaining terms of the contract do not differ from ordinary terms of this type of contracts.

The Management Board of Resbud SE, with registered seat in Tallinn, informs that today it received information from the subsidiary Energomplyekt OOO about the today conclusion with the bank ROSBANK PAO with its seat in Moscow of a surety agreement for a bank performance guarantee for the benefit of the beneficiary of the guarantee, the construction company Uralskaya Energeticheskaya Strayityelna Kompanyia AO (hereinafter referred to as UESK) based in Yekaterinburg. The surety is up to the amount of the surety 500,000,000 rubles (in words: five hundred million). The performance guarantee covers a contract for the construction of a pulp and paper factory and the modernization of boilers. The contract is concluded on a commercial basis in exchange for the obligation taken by the beneficiary of the UESK of January 15, 2021 regarding the exclusive purchase of building materials from Energomplyekt OOO for the above-mentioned construction in the amount not lower than 1,500,000,000 rubles ( in words: one billion five hundred million). The other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the usual terms of this type of contract.
