The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code: 14617750) with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314, Estonia informs that on April 23, 2021, there were changes in the composition of the issuer's Supervisory Board.

The Extraordinary General Meeting on April 23, 2021 dismissed Mr. Andrei Prakopchyk from the Supervisory Board. On the same day, Mr. Adam Zaremba was appointed to the Supervisory Board. Information about the new member of the Supervisory Board is attached to this report.

changes in the composition of issuer Supervisory Board has occurred. Extraordinary General Meeting on April 23, 2021 removed Andrei Prakopchyk from the Supervisory Board. On the same day, Mr Adam Zaremba was elected to the Supervisory Board. Information regarding a new member of the Supervisory Board is attached to this report.
