Current report no. 10/2022: Comment of the procedure for changing the registered office of the company.

The Management Board of Resbud SE, registered office in Tallinn informs that on July 5, 2022 it began procedure of changing the country of the company's registered office to Poland. Detailed information on the transfer of the company registered office, including the transfer proposal, is included in the attachments to this report and also can be found on the issuer's website at resbud.pl

The Management Board of the Company also presents the Management Board Report explaining and justifying the legal and economic aspects of the transfer and explaining the consequences of the transfer for shareholders, creditors and employees referred to in Article 8(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No. 2157/2001 on the Statute of the European Company (SE) of 8 October 2001.

The Management Board of the issuer informs that the procedure of changing the registered office of the company will not affect the listing of the issuer's shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
