The Management Board of Resbud SE, registered office in Tallinn, informs that on 10 June 2022 it received information from the Estonian commercial register, concerning the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association and increase of share capital. Detailed information's on this changes were provided in report number 7/2022 of June 10, 2022. For this reason, the content of the Information Document published on May 23, 2022 has changed. In the attachment to this report, the issuer provides a supplement to the Information Document of 23 May 2022.
