The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code: 14617750) with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia informs that the audit of the financial statements for 2020 has not been completed. Taking into account that the company has not yet received the auditor's opinion, the Management Board indicates that it expects to receive this opinion in the coming days. However, taking into account the delays and the information obtained from the auditor, the opinion may be submitted by June 14, 2021.

The publication will take place immediately after its receipt by RESBUD SE.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code:14617750), with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia informs that audit of 2020 annual report has not been completed. Considering that the Company has not yet received an auditor's opinion, the Management Board indicates that it expects to receive this opinion within the next few days. However, given the delays, the opinion may be submitted by 14 June 2021.

Publication will take place as soon as RESBUD SE receives it.
