Explanation of the Management Board of RESBUD SE regarding the suspension of trading in the company's shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Due to the suspension of trading in RESBUD SE shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company's Management Board informs that the reason for the suspension is a technical error that occurred on the Company's side during the sending of the report.

On October 4, 2023, trading in RESBUD SE shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange was suspended. Pursuant to the authorization of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, on October 3, 2023, a request was sent to the Warsaw Stock Exchange to suspend trading in the Company's shares.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority informed that "the reason for the suspension was the failure to publish, within the deadline specified by law, the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2023, or the submission of an incomplete consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2023."

Explanation by the SE Management Board

The Management Board of RESBUD SE explains that the error in submitting the report for the first half of 2023, which resulted in the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's decision to request the suspension of trading in the Company's shares, was caused by a technical problem occurring on the Company's side. The error was corrected by the Company and the corrected report was sent to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on October 4, 2023. The Company's Management Board apologizes for the situation.
