September 26 this year JSC "ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH" signed a contract worth approximately PLN 1,9 million with China Nuclear Industry 22 ND Construction for the supply of materials under the project titled "Construction of a 110 kV/10 kV transmission line for the new AVVAL-LAGON sewage pumping station." As part of the contract, the companies will soon sign another contract for the amount of PLN 2,3 million to perform work on this project. The Uzbek company JSC "ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH" has been part of the RESBUD SE Group since September this year, when the Polish company took over 58,41% of its shares.
On September 6, 2023, RESBUD SE, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and its subsidiary Conpol Sp. z o. o. signed an agreement with Uralska Energetyczny-Budowlana Spółka Akcyjna (“UESK AO”) for the purchase of 100% of shares in two companies: Grid Solutions LLC and United Grid Solutions LLC, directly holding 58,41% of the company's shares. JSC "ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH" is a company operating in the electricity sector, engaged in the production, construction, installation and modernization of power lines (PTL) and construction of power substations in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the production of steel and reinforced concrete products.
Details of the contract signed with China Nuclear Industry 22 ND Construction CO, LTD
September 26 this year JSC "ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH" signed a contract with China Nuclear Industry 22 ND Construction CO, LTD for the supply of materials for the construction of a 110 kV/10 kV transmission line for the new AVVAL-LAGON sewage pumping station. The scope of work carried out by JSC "ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH" includes the delivery and assembly of reinforced concrete structures, metal 110 kV transmission towers, aluminum-steel wire, insulators and couplings, as well as suspension equipment. Delivery of materials should be completed within 90 days. As part of the above contract, both companies will also sign another agreement regarding work on this project, under which a subsidiary of RESBUD SE will construct the transmission line in question. The value of both contracts reaches PLN 4,2 million.
The above-mentioned construction will ensure stable power supply to the sewage pumping station thanks to higher voltage, which means lower risk of failure and interruptions in energy supply. The transmission line will also increase the energy efficiency of the installation - higher voltage on the transmission line reduces energy losses in the transmission process, which can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and bring environmental benefits. The construction of a new AVVAL-LAGON sewage pumping station is part of the project to modernize the Isfayram-Shahimardon irrigation infrastructure in the Fergana region (Uzbekistan).

The contract for the construction of a 110 kV/10 kV transmission line for the new AVVAL-LAGON sewage pumping station is another contract that was signed after the takeover of JSC "ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH" by RESBUD SE. September 15 this year the company concluded an agreement worth approximately PLN 5,8 million with "HEX Solar" LLC, a subsidiary of China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) - one of the 500 largest companies in the world, for the performance of works under the project "Construction of a 220 kV overhead line Substation "Sherabad-2" - Substation "Surkhan-500". The scope of work carried out by JSC "ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH" includes the delivery and installation of a 220 kV HV line on a 20 km section.
