Completion of negotiations for sale of Russian subsidiary Energokomplekt OOO
The Management Board of RESBUD SE informs that on January 9, 2023 it completed negotiations on the sale of 100% of shares in the Issuer's Russian subsidiary Energokomplekt ooo.
The Issuer informed about the start of talks with a potential buyer in current report No. 13/2022 dated September 9, 2022.
The Issuer will immediately announce the conclusion of the sales agreement in an appropriate announcement.
